Colonial Kids Camp What was life like in colonial America? Have your child come see for themselves. Through hands-on activities, games, and crafts, your child will learn to appreciate life in the 1700's. This fun filled week is a great educational experience.
The camp will be run Monday-Friday, July 25-29 from 9 am to 2pm. Children entering grades 2 through 5 are welcome. It will be held at the historic Dill's Tavern, a national historic site in Dillsburg, PA and run by The Folk Art Center. The site is owned and operated by Northern York County Historical and Preservation Society. To register for camp fill out both the Registration and Medical Information forms and mail them to:
Registration forms must be postmarked by June 30, 2011. Camp size is limited so children will be accepted on a first come-first serve basis. We will notify you of the camper's acceptance by the end of the first week in July, at which time a tuition payment will be due. Tuition is $140. Additional siblings $130 $110 for NYCHAPS member children Make checks payable to: "The Folk Art Center" All children should bring a bag lunch daily.
